Label Cropper provides document formatting and cropping for shipping labels uploaded by users. When you upload a PDF file, our server processes it strictly to perform the requested actions (cropping, resizing, SKU extraction, and sorting).

2. Automatic 60-Minute File Cleanup

Shipping labels frequently include customer personal identifiable information (PII) such as names, phone numbers, and delivery addresses. We treat this data with the highest level of confidentiality:

• Uploaded PDFs and generated print files are stored in protected, non-public directories.
• All temporary files are permanently purged from server disks within 60 minutes via automated cleanup routines.
• Files are never archived, sold, or shared with third parties.

3. No Mandatory Accounts or Tracking

You can use all core shipping label cropper tools completely anonymously without creating an account or logging in. We use anonymous session tokens only to keep your current processing queue isolated from other users.

4. Security Controls

We employ standard security defenses including CSRF token verification, MIME type validation, PDF signature verification, file size limits, rate limiting, and parameter sanitization to protect our infrastructure.
